Submits the signed secure listing PSBTs from POST /intent/secure-sell or POST /intent/secure-bulk-sell to create active listings on the marketplace. No listing PSBT (SINGLE|ANYONECANPAY) is taken: the listings are bought only through POST /intent/secure-purchase. Satflow checks that each item has not moved, that sellerOrdAddress still holds it and that each secure listing PSBT pays what its listing says. TAP token transfers return 400 with errorCode: "SECURE_LISTING_UNSUPPORTED": list them with POST /list. sellerPaymentAddress and sellerPaymentPublicKey are ignored.
